Dr Rob Sommerville

University of Birmingham

Dr Sommerville Studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Birmingham, gaining Masters Degrees in 2011 and 2012, and a PhD in 2017 on the Utilisation of fly ash in the manufacture of zeolites. Continuing with the theme of reuse of waste, Rob worked at the University of Warwick for a year on Lithium-ion battery recycling under Emma Kendrick, before returning to Birmingham to join the ReLiB project.
